A minimal example post

This is the smallest valid post an import file can carry: a post.json with only the required fields, this content.html, and the four cover sizes. Everything optional — headline, tags, breadcrumb label, date — falls back to sensible defaults.

Note that this folder has no numeric prefix, so the importer assigns its publish order automatically. Links to site pages use the ROOT token, like this one to the services page.
